Eran Nadir has served as Markforged’s Vice President of Global Operations and Customer Success since January 2025. He originally joined Markforged in April 2024 as Vice President of Operations.

Before joining Markforged, Mr. Nadir was the Head of Global Operations at LightForce Orthodontics, a 3D printing dental applications company, from August 2020 to June 2024, where he played a key role in scaling operations from the ground up. From 2018 to June 2020, he served as Vice President of Global Operations at Tomorrow.io, a WeatherTech SaaS company.

Earlier in his career, Mr. Nadir spent a decade at Stratasys (2008–2018) as Senior Director of Global Operations and Program Management, leading various senior management roles from Engineering to Operations, including leading GrabCAD Post Merger Integration. Prior to that, he held multiple leadership roles at HP (Hewlett-Packard) and Kodak between 2000 and 2008.

Richard Elving joined Markforged in January 2018 and has since led the strategic growth and expansion of the APAC region.

With over 20 years of experience in manufacturing sales and Industry 4.0 transformation, he has held leadership positions at Autodesk, Dassault Systèmes, and AVEVA, driving SaaS transitions, business transformation, and go-to-market strategies. Throughout his career, he has visited over 10,000 manufacturing facilities, gaining deep insights into industrial operations and helping manufacturers adopt cutting-edge technologies to improve efficiency and production.

Brittney St.Germain has served as Markforged’s VP of Software Engineering since July of 2023. Previously she was Senior Vice President and Vice President of Technology at Forward Financing where she led engineering, product management, project management and information technology from 2020-2023. Prior to that she was Vice President of Software Engineering at PatientsLikeMe where she led the engineering, product and design teams in building a massive, personalized health network that has generated more than 43 million data points, one of the largest extant sources of real-world health data. Before joining PatientsLikeMe in 2016, the bulk of Ms. St. Germain’s 28-year software engineering career was in the Marketing Automation and Analytics space, including time at IBM where she held Senior Manager and Manager of Engineering roles leading teams building enterprise Big Data SaaS customer analytics products for Fortune 500 companies. Ms. St. Germain graduated from Boston University with a B.S. in Communications.

Steve Barbuto has been the Vice President of the Americas since October 2023 and a team member at Markforged since February 2018. Mr. Barbuto previously served as Senior Director in the Americas and prior to that led the build out of our EMEA operations in Dublin, Ireland back in 2019. Prior to that, Mr Barbuto served as Senior Manager of Enterprise Sales at Wayfair LLC where he was employee #1 on the B2B Team which later grew to over 450 employees across 3 North American locations. He has a B.A. in Public & Corporate Communications from Westfield State University.

Matteo Stagni has been VP of Sales for EMEA of Markforged since March 2024. Mr. Stagni previously served as General Manager Europe and VP of Global Sales at Genesis Motion Solutions (a Koch Industry Company) from June 2022 to March 2024. Mr. Stagni has more than 20 years of experience in robotics, motion, and industrial automation in several markets and companies including his previous employer, Schneider Electric, a world leader in digital transformation, energy management, and automation. He has a master’s degree in engineering from Bologna University, and several leadership courses with INSEAD, Mc Kinsey and MIP.
